My name is David Bailey and I have been an educator in Bergen County, New Jersey since 2007. 

My roles have included Special Education Paraprofessional, Teacher, Coach, Advisor, Guidance Counselor, Director of Guidance and Assistant Principal at the middle school and high school levels. 

Currently, I am Assistant Principal & Director of Guidance at Ridgewood High School.

I have worked directly with hundreds of students and parents guiding them through the college admission process. 

My goal is to simplify process for students so that they can have all the knowledge & confidence available to them to make this important decision.

I live in West Milford, New Jersey with my wife, Sara, and our three children - Ava, Brody, and Joshua.
